Training:

Routine training is initiated at the time of bringing on board new security staff members. On the spot training are occasionally scheduled at management’s liberty to ensure top quality assurance. Training may also include client related topics, any new changes in policy, and written refreshers.
Supervision:
As Security Representatives, we are also at the first point of contact and want to know how we’re doing so that our client’s are well represented. Communicating well with clientele is one way of obtaining feedback from our clients. Good interpersonal relationship helps in providing the highest and best possible services necessary.
